Located on the ski hill backing onto the ski in/ski out trail overlooking the mountain range in the distance, you'll find this serene modern mountain townhouse awaiting to be your base for adventure or relaxation! Brand new fully renovated space with a connected full suite both upstairs and down with walk out access onto the ski trail for ample room to spread out, either in front of the fireplace, overlooking the mountains, or under the covered patio for a BBQ or fire.

BED & BATH

There are two good sized bedrooms available upstairs, each with a queen-sized bed. Perfect for a friends weekend away or for small families! The bedrooms feature bright, Scandinavian decor with plenty of fresh greenery to breathe life into the space. Down the hall, there is an updated four-piece bathroom, including a tub for a soak after a long day on the ski hills. On the lower level, there is an additional third bedroom, also with a queen bed and second full bath.

KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM

For the ultimate movie lovers, there is a TV available in the living room to be enjoyed with a blazing fire roaring in the fireplace. Over in the corner, there is a cozy reading nook with plenty of light and table for your cup of tea. In the kitchen, guests have everything they need to feel right at home. Coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave––we’ve got it all.

AMENITIES

For the grill master, there is a BBQ available located in front of the unit. Grab a glass of wine and head to the porch to watch the sunset behind the surrounding forest. There is a free washer and dryer in the unit for those who want to freshen up during their stay. Additionally, there is free on-site parking available for two cars.

The townhouse will be entirely yours during your stay.

We are located at the end of a no thru road on the ski in/ski out trail on the ski hill in the upper resort area, just up from the Alpine resort and Trickle Creek Golf Course and 3 km to the hub of downtown in the platzl!

There is one road to and from the ski hill to downtown Kimberley, Gerry Sorenson Way. It is 1 km down to the Apline Resort, and just past that is the Trickle Creek Golf Course, and 3 km to the heart of downtown to the Platzl. There is a cab company that operates in town, and a car can get you to town in minutes. BC Transit offers service to the Upper Alpine Resort area at certain times in the winter.
